but anywhoo, summer's ok, not being in class is cool, but ive been getting more and more depressed
mood swingy and snappy and doing things like deleting my whole aim buddy list
so my family decided to try and find someone for me to talk to, but the iunsurance company is throwing them through loops instead
oh well
starting sunday i will be gone for two weeks, first i have to go present at the Dependable Systems and Netwroks conference in exotic Philadelphia (last year it was in Tokyo, arent i lucky?)
then i get back one day before i get dragged to Disneyworld

i really dont use this thing anymore, even though i think i should quite often.
things are going well and not well.
im very happy with dana, and enjoy any time i get to spend with her
but ive been becoming conscious of the fact that my social circle has been steadily shrinking this year
freshman year i had different groups of people id hang with, people id see for lunch, all sorts of people.
now its dana, chip, briana, dan, and occaisionally katie/john, who seem to be fading out.
and dont get me wrong, they have all in one way or another been there for me through whats been a rough year, and i appreciate them tremendously.
but my self-imposed ban on being in the same room with Rachel (combined with last semester, when the ban was Rachel-imposed) has resulted in a lot of people being squeezed out.
when ive had trouble with my classes this semester, i havent been able to study with anyone, because all of the people that i know in these classes i wouldnt be comfortable spending study time with.
and i still wish sometimes that i could still play D+D with everyone. (since i never update AT ALL, i have to explain here that i played for two weeks with Rachel and others as part of a gradual resumption of friendliness, but she managed in one night to remind me of all the reasons why her not talking to me for three months really wasnt so bad after all, and i quit that week)
i cant help but think that this disentegration of my social group is a result of my flawed personality.
and that given time ill drive away the people that are still here.
except for chip, im pretty sure he'd stay indifferent if i murdered someone in the room, might not even turn away from the computer.
that, and im back home, and my mom is fighting with everyone but me, which is kinda cool but kinda suck cause i dont like seeing the rest of them get crap, especially my dad.
i still dont think im over the mono, ive averaged 11 hours of sleep for 3 nights and passed out this afternoon, 6 hours after id woken up.
in fact, when dana isnt around i tend to be pretty miserable.
who knows where i'd be right now if i hadnt found her.
ill update more often so that my ramblings make more sense eventually

This year I've been busy!

Last month I turned magikspork in for farting in church (3 points). Last Friday I helped in_the_shadows4 hide a body (-173 points). In January I helped amethystduckie across the street (6 points). In February I pushed chief_guri in the mud (-17 points). Last Thursday I gave biosynthetic a kidney (1000 points).

Overall, I've been nice (819 points). For Christmas I deserve a pony!

Oh Great Cthulhu!

I have been an extremely busy devotee this year.

Last week, I fed cheif_guri to a Shoggoth (250 points). In August, I bombed a cultist gathering (-100 points). In June, I recruited cthulu_4 as a new cultist (30 points). When the stars were right, I made a burnt offering to the Dead Dreamer (100 points). In November, I defiled the grave of that traitor, Lovecraft (90 points). In July, I visited my relatives in Innsmouth (100 points).

In short, I have been very good (470 points) and deserve to be eaten first.

i have decided what i would make the afterlife, if i had any say in the matter.

hasnt been a meaningful update in a while, i know
part of it's because i dont look at this much anymore,
but a bigger part is because, i dont know, it just seemed sort of wrong to talk about my recent happiness in this, the seat of my emo whinery. Sorta like this chapter doesnt fit with the rest of the story.
That, and up until very recently i was still waiting for the other shoe to drop, in which case id be able to post a hell of an entry.
But, Im finally starting to accept that this is for real.
And I'm really happy with Rachel.
and thats by far the largest component of whats going on in my life right now.

winter break blows. its way too long
i dont get back to college for a month.
and my mom is driving me up a fucking wall.
granted, my c in chem is plaenty justification for her to be upset, but still

well, it was quite the weekend...as reflected by the fact that i spent triple the time at parties than i did sleeping.

Friday: Scotts b-day LAN party; only one comment "doulbe-u-zero-zero-zero-zero-zero-zero-zero-zero-zero-tee"

Saturday: Briana's American Pie marathon; much fun, except for the essay writing part

Sunday: Chip's B-day party, which became a pool party about halfway through, even though none of us brought bathing suits.

final injury count: 1 head smacked a gainst ceiling fan, one thumb cut bby a soda tab, and two scrapes and a smaed tonail from falling off Chip's trampoline into his shed.
